Le Beige Building was designed by Mass Studies(http://massstudies.com/). The architect called it ‘4 Courtyards’. It’s not fully covered on their website yet. The building is located next to Comme des Garcon flagship store close to Hanganjin subway station. Because Comme des Garcon building is white, the black really stands out, and massing feels very heavy. The way they used bricks is quite amazing, forming ripples and gradients going from opaque to forming openings. The rippled bricks were cut by waterjet. They designed 9 different modules, and cut few more shapes as needed.
