ABC Building was designed by Young Jang of WISE Architecture ( http://wisearchitecture.com/ ). The building is formed by the set-back regulations, decreasing in volume as it gets higher. Predominant material is black brick. The walls for the outdoor stairs allowed the architect to play with ways of laying bricks, so in some parts the brick walls are not fully solid/opaque, and can let light and wind run through it.
