CJ International Center is located in Seoul National University Gwanak campus. It was designed by A.I. Architects ( http://www.aiarchitects.com/) and was completed in May 2006. On the first floor, it has a conference room, a library, an internet station and a counseling center. Administrative center and lounge area are on the second floor. The center is intended to be a ‘one-stop service center’ for foreign academics in Seoul National University, and to encourage international exchange. They say it was the architect’s intent to make the building a bit tucked in, so it is not as noticeable from the street. The wall in the back was all covered with roughly cut wood, which was very nice, forming a good contrast with the dark zinc and glass.
