Seoul can be full of surprises. I literally “stumbled upon” this on my way to the building I am planning to cover next week. It has been difficult to find out what this building is used for other than the fact that it was designed by Unsangdong Architects ( http://www.usdspace.com/ ). The faceted triangular panels are very similar to what they did for Hannam The Hill.
